  Now THIS is how to do customer service. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for almost a decade, and this is by far the best branch I've ever been to. Each person has his own experiences and opinions (see other post) but I am happy to bank with this branch for as long as I'm here.

  Idk if all Wells Fargo branches are like this or just this one but they are extremely nosy! Every time I come in they always ask me personal questions about my deposits and about my work (such as: Are you hiring? Or what do you do?) that isn't any of their business. While some people might not mind it I really don't like these uncomfortable personal questions. I would gladly prefer using the ATM just to avoid these question but unfortunately I can't because of the ATM deposit limit.

  Today I had the best experience at the Grant Road, Wells Fargo location. I have to express my gratitude to Jeff and his amazing colleague (who's name I unfortunately forgot - but she was an absolute dream). Jeff not only made my experience a great one - but he ensured my time at the counter was an enjoyable one too. I will most certainly only be attending this branch, due to his great professionalism and genuine interest in a customer.

  Watch out for the hidden fees and them illegally signing you up for things you don't want.

  Today we had a great experience with the teller Jeff at Wells Fargo!! He was very helpful and understanding and made us feel welcome, especially since we are from out of town. We were also impressed with the rest of the staff, who were also friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this location.
