They've added wonderful technology so that I literally don't have to walk into a branch to conduct business. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I've been a member for 16 years. They are a good institution with low fees. They try really hard and, from middle management up, they're people are pretty good at knowing what they're doing. This is good because it shows that city bank or Goldman doesn't own them and pull all the strings in the background. If you're a high powered investor/banker type, stay away.
