  Salespeople were extremely kind, patient, and helpful. The problem was after I began negotiating price and it was time to deal with the manager. He approached the table where I was seated and flashed his numbers at me stating all the reasons why they couldn't go as low as I had hoped, which was fine. I told him I thought there was a little more wiggle room in price but if not, I'd leave and take my money elsewhere. At this point he became livid, stood up and started shouting at me about how I accused him of lying (obviously he was, how else do dealerships make money...). After insulting me for a minute he stomped to the door and told me to leave and never come back because they don't want my money. I stood there at a total loss for words for a moment before trying to hand him the keys to the car I had test driven. He told me not to come near him and to set the keys on the ground and get off of his lot (which I promptly did without looking back). I strongly recommend shopping anywhere else and avoiding Rimrock Auto Group at all costs. Leaving that lot and taking my money elsewhere was the best decision I have ever made.

  In August, on our way back to Missoula, we hit some road debris in our 2016 Kia Soul and damage the right front wheel, spindle everything. It was during the fair so we could not get a rental car to get back to Missoula. George and the Service department got us a loaner car to get us back to Missoula and then expedited all the parts/service to get our car repaired so we could swap cars, when we dropped off our daughter at college in Billings. They were so great to deal with and recommend them for anything.
